Who we are

Qafila.com.bd is a Bangladeshi online marketplace that connects intending Hajj and Umrah pilgrims with licensed travel agencies. The platform is operated from Dhaka, Bangladesh under trade licence number TRAD/DNCC/004998/2026.

What the platform does

A pilgrim posts a trip request describing their journey and budget. Licensed agencies respond with structured offers within 24 hours, and the pilgrim has a further 48 hours to accept one. Agencies pay for participation using prepaid bidding tokens purchased on the platform; the trip itself is contracted and paid for directly between the pilgrim and the agency.

Qafila.com.bd is not a travel agency, tour operator, or Hajj/Umrah organizer, and is not a party to any trip contract. Agencies submit their trade licence and Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) Hajj/Umrah licence, which are reviewed before bidding is enabled.
